Our most popular box is the Small Trinket Box (previously the Possiblity Box). While this is the smallest box we sell, it is so versatile. You can choose from different colored bottoms. Not to mention you can customize with a personalized engraving on the top and inside of the lid. The possibilities are endless!

This is such a difficult question to answer because there is not a clear winner. However it seems Walnut may have the edge over any other wood speices we offer. We have created a Shop by Wood page for you to learn more about each wood we use and help you choose the one that you like best.

We aim to make each box consistent within the product line, but since they are handmade, each product may have a slight variation in size or shape (+-1/4 in)

Regarding the wood you see on the photos: each piece is different, each wooden part is special just because there are no two wooden pieces the same. We always source and pick the most beautiful pieces to build your jewelry box. Pictures are representative in our Classic Collection. In our Signature Series, photos are taken of the exact box you will receive.

Yes, we would be happy to include a card at no extra charge as part of your shipment. In your cart you will find a "Gift Message" text field, simply type in your special message. We will add this handwritten card to your thoughtful gift and ship it to the recipient.

Yes. Shipping is free on every order to the contiguous US (every state except Alaska and Hawaii, plus Washington, DC), with no minimum order. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and APOs are calculated at checkout. For Canada, Australia and Germany, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Need it faster? 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available at checkout for an extra charge.

Orders take 1 – 3 business days to process including customized engraving. Products that we offer on our website are in stock unless noted otherwise.

Depending on where the shipment is going, standard shipping takes between 2 – 7 business days. We work with UPS and USPS, standard shipping is not guaranteed so please call for other options, if needed.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We certainly believe in high quality and craftsmanship, so if you are not completely satisfied with your product, call us within 60 days.

If there is something wrong with item please get in touch ASAP. Wood can do weird things within the first year in its new environment, and we believe in our high quality craftsmanship. That is why we offer a 2 year warranty on all of our products to ensure nothing funky happens to your item.

If your order was delivered damaged take pictures of the package itself and the product. Then call us immediately. We will be sure to get a new product out to you ASAP.
