We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We certainly believe in high quality and craftsmanship, so if you are not completely satisfied with your product, call us within 60 days. We can offer a refund or exchange. Be sure to keep all original packaging for your large and medium jewelry boxes as they need special attention and care. For personalized items a restocking fee may apply determined on a Case-By-Case basis (hope you can understand that we won't be able to resell them)

Damaged in Shipping

If your order was delivered damaged take pictures of the package itself and the product. Then call us immediately. We will be sure to get a new product out to you ASAP.

Warranty

Wood can do weird things within the first year in its new environment, and we believe in our high quality craftsmanship. That is why we offer a 2 year warranty on all of our products to ensure nothing funky happens to your item.
